Trips may be added one at a time, or bulk uploaded.
Adding Trips One at a Time
On the Trips screen, click ADD TRIP
When you create a trip, you may choose to have a direct shipment of cards ordered for the trip OR you may choose to use cards from your inventory on the trip.
Direct Shipment of Cards

Enter Trip ID* , Trip Name*, Trip Location, Trip Start & End Dates, Trip Card Creation Date, Total Travelers, Trip Cards (travelers + Spare cards-if any) being ordered >
Trip ID* is printed on the shipping label/Trip Name* is visible in the trip app and Partner UI
- Select a saved Location from the drop-down (useful if you are frequently having cards delivered to the same address) OR enter a Direct Card Shipping Address > Click SAVE TRIP
Use of Inventory Cards
- Enter Trip ID, Trip Name, Trip Location, Trip Start & End Dates, Total Travelers*
- Select Inventory for the Trip Card Fulfillment> Click SAVE TRIP
3. You may now Assign trip cards from your Inventory LOTs to your new Trip

Bulk Uploading Trips
1. On the Trips screen, click UPLOAD TRIPS
2. Select the CSV file with the allotment information > Click UPLOAD
- The template my be downloaded from the Upload Trips dialogue box. All fields in the CSV template must be populated.
3. When the upload is complete, you will see the trips listed on the Trips screen*.
*If there were any errors in the upload file, a pop-up will provide you with the row number and the error. The errors will need to be corrected and the affected trips re-uploaded.
Change Trip App Photo/Trip App Logo
- You may change the Trip App photo or logo when you are creating the trip, or by editing the trip after it has been created.
1. On the Add Trip/Edit Trip box, click Advanced > Click SELECT LOGO/SELECT PHOTO
2. Select logo/photo from the list, or click UPLOAD LOGO/UPLOAD PHOTO to add a new logo/photo > Click SELECT LOGO/SELECT PHOTO
Once you have uploaded a photo it will remain in your library and can be used again.
